The rooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Steve. the location was convenient and close to Granada studios. the underground car park and valet parking were a plus.

I had a such great experience here, everything was perfect, the location was unbeatable really close to Granada Studios and the centre of city and good restaurants. The continental breakfast was freshly cooked, I loved that it offered a good choice of meals. Every person working here was sincere!

The venue is original, clean and the location is prime not far from shopping areas, theatres, northern quarter. I have stayed in the queen room with 2 homemade cookies.

The room was cozy, with a super comfortable bed and a lovely roll top bath. It was nice to have a window that opens. The staff were helpful and accommodating, providing extras and advice. Loved the separate WC and the lights and music upon arrival. Such a refreshing change from the usual suspects.
